Hydraulic Scissor lift Platform Operation Manual

1. The hydraulic lift platform has been tested and debugged before packed .Every technic parameter fited the design requirement. Pull in the earth wire when using it. Hydraulic and power system debugging is not needed.

2. Careful check of the hydraulic and power system before using. If there’s no leakage or bareness,the platform could be used.

3. The four legs should be supported on the earth tightly（with the wheel off the ground）.The crosstie can be used if necessary.  

4. After empty running one,two or three times,  the lifter could work regularly.

5. The centroid of load should lay in the center of the platform.

6. The door of guard rail must be fastened firmly before working.

7. Different requirement has different control system .the constant usage of the control system and operation method is introduced as follows:

(1) Multifunctional hydraulic control system

   Turn the oil return valve clockwise tightly,make the pilot lever at the neutral position,start the motor .Put the handle out the pilot lever,the platform will stop ascending .and press the stop button, then we can start the work.When the platform descending,relax the oil valve .The hydraulic platform also has a handle system..if there’s no power or a sudden power off,we could use it.When the handle system is used,tighten the oil return valve first,press the handspike,the platform will rise .When the platform is down,relax the oil return valve.

(2) Press the up button , the motor and gear rump start working,The oil cylinder protrude from the platform .when raising a needed height .press the down button .the solenoid of the electromagnetic directional vavle power on .The platform start descending itself. Press the stop button when the platform descend at the original place .The system stop working.

1. The platform should maintain a state of level when it is working.

2. Safety belt is necessary if taking an outside work in the 5m ora higher space when the wind is strong .

3. Everyone is forbidden to climb the machine when it is raising. Rise the platform and fasten it ,then take the maintenance .

4. It can’t be moved after rising .work is not allowed if the four legs are loose .

5. Over loading is forbidden during use .Put the goods at a safe position of the platform and don’t move it .

6. The hydraulic oil should keep clean .water or other impurity can’t be fixed in .Change the hydraulic half a year.N32 in summer and N46 in the winter.

7. When something is wrong with the machine ,cut off the power immediately and repair it .

       8.the Common faults and trouble and trouble shooting

Note：The hydraulic oil shoud be changed every three month.It should be kept clean. Shell hydraulic oil 46# will be OK.
